Tax outcomes, including refunds, balances due, or processing times, cannot be guaranteed.

All results depend on:

  • The accuracy and completeness of information provided

  • Applicable tax laws and regulations

  • Review and processing by tax authorities

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

  • Submit required documents in a timely manner

  • Review completed returns before filing

  • Notify the preparer of any errors or omissions

Clients are responsible for the final content of their tax returns, even if prepared with assistance.

5. Use of Support Team & Affiliates

To provide services efficiently and accurately, client information may be accessed by:

  • Authorized support team members

  • ComproTax, Inc. and affiliated professionals

All individuals with access to client information are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy laws.

6. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are based on the complexity of the services provided

  • Payment is required prior to the release or filing of tax returns

  • Fees are disclosed and agreed upon before filing

Failure to submit payment may result in delays or refusal of service.

7. No Legal or Financial Advice Outside Tax Services

Services provided are limited to tax-related matters. Nothing on this website or during consultations should be interpreted as:

  • Legal advice

  • Investment advice

  • Financial planning advice beyond tax considerations

Clients should consult appropriate professionals for non-tax matters.
